We will continue to provide clients with a relaxing environment where our stylists can create effortless, authentic hair for everyone. As well as your comfort, your wellbeing is incredibly important to us. We have therefore introduced new health and safety procedures. Please read them below to learn more about how we are creating a safe haven within our salon.

Regulations

Please attend your appointment by yourself.
Children and people who require assistance can attend with one adult companion.

Please stay at home if you or someone in your household has one of the following symptoms:
a cold or runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, coughing, temperature (above 38 C°) or fever.
If you have any of these symptoms, simply telephone the salon and we can reschedule your appointment.

Entering the salon

On entering the salon, please WASH YOUR HANDS immediately.

When moving around the salon, please keep 1.5 metre distance from other people. Your coat and personal belongings should be kept with you at your stylist’s workstation.

We are pleased to be able to continue to offer refreshments in the salon, but will be using disposable cups and kindly ask that you dispose of these in the designated bins yourself.

We will disinfect door handles and toilets every hour for your comfort and safety.

At the stylist’s workstation

All consultations will take place facing the mirror rather than face-to-face. Although it is not compulsory to wear a face mask, we feel wearing them is the safest way to treat our clients and so will be using them in the salon.

Each stylist will have a designated workstation with their own personal toolkit and products. Items will not be shared between stylists, and each station will be disinfected before and after every client.

At this time, we can only take payments by card. The card reader and pin pad will be disinfected after each payment is made.
