Why did you become a hairstylist or colorist?
I’ve been doing hair since I was 10, on myself and my friends. I’m almost done with hairdressing school and specializing in blow-drying.

What do you love most about your job?
The team is always super fun and everyone communicates really clearly. Leyla taught me how to blow-dry, and I get cutting lessons from Isa.

Best hair advice?
Never use heat without protection. And wash your hair twice in the shower—only when the shampoo foams up is it really clean.
